9th April 2016 Keith's Review of Daithi's Journey work.

Yesterday was my second journey with Daithi Dubh working through my past traumas including PTSD, anxiety/panic attacks, major depression and 2 past suicide attempts. The first journey I went through was a healing journey removing a lot of trauma working through every year I have existed on this Earth. I found I was able to put the trauma, guilt, grief and depression in perspective and was able to move past them. Yesterday on the second journey I found that peaceful place in my heart and in the cosmos. I am on an extensive number of anti-psychotic medicines for all of my symptoms and have not had natural sleep in 8+ years. Last night was the first time I had not taken ANY of my medications and I have no anxiety, no grief and no guilt. As a self proclaimed Christian I want you to know that this is of God not against him. This is something that every man and woman should experience and be able to center themselves through Daithis work. I WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN...I HAVE FOUND MY PEACE AND MY PLACE IN THIS WORLD! THANK YOU DAITHI!!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Daithi!!! I have had two sessions with him and cannot wait for him to get back to the US. His sessions are very non-traditional and difficult to explain in words. The only explanation I can give is that I feel on top of the world after seeing him. In addition, he is a wealth of information if you are curious about any alternative therapies. He explains everything he is going to do in detail and is an absolute sweetheart! If you are on the fence, give him a try - you won't regret it

Beautiful shop with lovely people running it. I have enjoyed both meditation classes i have been to here and plan on going to many more. I would recommend them to everyone.

In August I booked the Hot & Cold Stone Therapy as a surprise for my friend and I. 

Having no idea what to book I called the shop prior to the visit and Niamh answered - she was fantastic giving me lots of information about all the treatments available and what would be best for my friend in particular. We settled on the Hot & Cold Stone therapy.

When we arrived we were greeted by Niamh and David who run the shop - they were so welcoming and friendly and we were free to relax in the shop whilst each of us had our treatment. 

The treatment itself was AMAZING - I felt refreshed and renewed when complete and my friend (who has lots of regular treatments back home) was very impressed by David's knowledge and expertise.

I was actually a little nervous as I had not had any type of treatment for some while - David quickly relaxed me explaining all the details of the treatment.

I wanted to book in again before we left for an Indian Head massage but unfortunately we did not have enough time.

I fantastic business and well worth a visit for a treatment - especially after a good weekend in Galway!
